Consequential decisions demand more than a surface reading of the problem. They require connecting strategic direction to financial and operational reality, and testing alternatives against the demands of implementation.
I offer advisory services in a personal capacity, drawing on executive experience and board and committee practice to help leaders and business owners diagnose challenges, evaluate options, and set a clear course of action.
When Challenges Overlap and the Starting Point Is Unclear
The challenge may be a strategy that needs review, growth that has outpaced the institution's capacity to manage it, or performance that does not match the resources invested. It may be an investment decision with competing justifications, or a gap between written governance and actual practice.
