Forged in Decision-Making
Forged in Decision-Making
My expertise was not built along a single career path. It was formed in roles where decisions meet accountability, strategy meets operational reality, and governance meets execution. I have worked across government and the private sector, in family enterprises and publicly listed companies, holding executive roles, board seats, and audit and investment committee appointments. My operational responsibilities have spanned technology, security, healthcare, education, and portfolio management, alongside major government initiatives and prominent entrepreneurial ventures in the Kingdom.
That experience extends to mergers and acquisitions, to attracting international companies and advanced technologies to the Saudi market, and to structuring the partnerships and arrangements that integrate or consolidate them with local entities.
This perspective is neither theoretical nor recent. I have tested it in practice by founding and leading advisory firms, including Wesm for Financial, Administrative, and Tax Consulting and ONYX for Strategic and Financial Consulting.

How I Approach a Challenge
How I Approach a Challenge
Experience has taught me that institutional reality outgrows any off-the-shelf model. Problems may surface in performance metrics, cost structures, or stalled initiatives, yet their roots often run deeper. They lie in incomplete decision processes, information that never reaches decision-makers, or governance frameworks that fail to measure real institutional impact.
So I do not begin with solutions. I begin by understanding the challenge in its context, mapping how authority, resources, information, and execution relate to one another, and translating those relationships into transparent decisions and measurable action.
